I ordered from biotechusa.com and ended up needing to return one item because it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. The return instructions were not very clear, so I had to reach out to customer support just to understand the next steps.

To be fair, they did eventually respond and I did receive my refund in the end, but the whole process took longer than I feel it should have. It was a bit frustrating, and while everything got resolved, I’d probably pause and think twice before placing another order.

I don’t know, I was expecting it to be better. The powder was clumpy right out of the container, and the taste was kind of stale, like it had been sitting around for a while. It wasn’t terrible, but yeah… the quality just didn’t seem great to me.

I’ve ordered from Biotechusa a few times now, and overall I’m happy with the products I’ve tried. The site is easy enough to use, and when I’m just browsing or picking up something basic, it does the job fine.

That said, my opinion really depends on what I’m trying to buy. If the flavor or size I want is in stock, great, no complaints. But with protein powders especially, it feels like the options I actually want are often unavailable, and checking back only to see the same thing still out of stock gets frustrating.

Delivery has been perfectly okay whenever I’ve managed to place an order, so that part wasn’t an issue for me. I’d probably order more often if they were better at keeping popular products available

I had a question about my order, and support got back to me the same day. They were friendly too, and you could tell they actually checked the tracking instead of just sending some copy-paste answer.
The only thing was that the first reply was a little short, so I had to ask again to get the full details. But once you get past that, it was sorted out fine, and I’m happy enough with the experience.

I tried their protein and a few of the vitamins for a couple of weeks. The taste was alright (nothing amazing, but totally drinkable), and the delivery showed up without any issues. I just didn’t notice much of a change, to be honest. My recovery felt about the same as usual, and I didn’t really feel any boost from it. Maybe it works better for other people, but I’m not in a hurry to order again.

I tried a couple of flavors from biotechusa.com and my quick takeaway is: solid. I usually judge protein shakes by a simple shortcut, if it tastes good with milk and is still drinkable with water, it passes. The chocolate one definitely passed for me. With milk it was tasty, with water it was a little thinner but still fine. I also liked that it wasn’t overly sweet. One flavor had a slight aftertaste, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but overall I’m happy with it and would buy again. 4 stars from me.

I tried this protein and it mixes okay overall, but it’s not completely smooth. If I just give it a quick shake, I still end up with a few small lumps. The texture is also a little thick and kind of grainy for my liking. The taste is fine, so it’s not a total miss, but I was hoping it would be smoother. i wanted to love it more than I did, so I’m a bit disappointed.
